Barley & Salt is the latest creation from North Conway restaurant provocateur Ben Williams. In the kitchen, Chef Bryan Lantagne keeps the menu fresh and exciting, while out front, General Manager Brie Welch makes sure the vibe stays as welcoming as the beer is cold.
Bespoke Design
Step inside, and you’ll know this isn’t just any taphouse. Designed by Boston-based Prellwitz Chilinski Associates, Inc., our space is all about warm brick walls, striking tilework, and statement chandeliers—because great design makes that first pint taste even better.
